BTC Stable, New Liq Level, MSTR stacks at last, Others also + STRC Recovers 📈🔥
The host („Music Lover X21“) analyzes the current Bitcoin market and the latest developments at Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy).
🚀 Bitcoin: Strong August
- Bitcoin is up 26% in August – a rare event, last seen in November 2024.
- The monthly close is historically strong, even though August is normally a weak month.
- Over the last 5 days, Bitcoin remained stable around $79K, with a high of $81,300. Any dip was bought quickly – a sign of resilience.
- Weekly performance is nearly unchanged (0%).
🏦 Fed Policy & Market Triggers
- A hawkish comment by Kevin Warsh (Fed) caused a dip, which has since recovered.
- Markets price a 66% chance of a rate hike on February 16.
- The US debt of $40 trillion could make a hike difficult, however.
🎯 Key Price Levels
- A massive liquidation level sits above $83K. A close above it could trigger a spike to $86K (short covering + FOMO/POMO).
📈 On-Chain & Accumulation
- All cohorts (from small to large) are buying – the first time since December 2025 that this happens simultaneously.
- Large wealth transfer upward: Entities with 1,000–10,000 BTC sold 51,000 BTC, while the 100,000+ cohort (mostly ETFs) absorbed 59,000 BTC.
- Retail is lagging, but ETF demand is strong: 9 out of 10 days with positive inflows.
📉 Bitcoin vs. Nasdaq (QQQ)
- Bitcoin drawdowns vs. Nasdaq are shrinking: 75.7% (2018), 68.5% (2023), 62.2% (current).
- If Bitcoin recovers as in the past, a price target of $158K is possible (based on QQQ parity).
🏢 Strategy (MicroStrategy) & STRC
- Michael Saylor buys Bitcoin for the first time since June 22: 4,632 BTC for $370M.
- The financing: Sale of 4.5M shares ($63M), buyback of 1.6M STRC ($152M), $50.7M for dividends.
- MSTR stock jumped from $92 to $132 – a strong recovery despite negative NAV premium.
- STRC (STRK) recovers above $97 and continues paying 12% dividends every 2 weeks. Ex-date is today.
🥇 Bitcoin vs. Gold
- 2011: Bitcoin = $1, Gold = ~$1,900. Today: Bitcoin = $80,000 (80,000x), Gold only about doubled.
- Future returns will be lower, but Bitcoin remains a „hard asset“ in the age of AI and money printing.
Conclusion: Bitcoin shows extraordinary strength. A breakout above $83K would be bullish. Saylor is back, and institutional accumulation is running hot.
